Production step

1. Wooden body. Because this shelf is relatively large. It is divided into three parts, top, middle, and bottom. The diameter of our middle pillar is 15cm. When making the wooden body, we will leave some wires on the cabinet so that we can install lights.

2. Polish. All wooden cabinets need to be polished before painting. We need to polish the surface smoothly with a certain degree of roughness, and then we will apply a layer of primer.
3. Baking paint. Baking paint is our surface treatment process. Before coloring, we will adjust the color we like first and then confirm with the customer. After there is no problem, we will spray the paint evenly on the shelf, then bake it at high temperature, and let it stand for a while to complete.
4. Install. The top of our shelf is equipped with spotlights, and the baseboard is equipped with light strips. After the shelf is finished painting, we need to connect the wires and install the lights. Due to the different voltages in different countries, we also need to install a transformer at the bottom of the shelf. After the installation is complete, the shelf is complete.

Then wrap a few turns of stretch film on the rack. Our outer packaging is a wooden box, and the inside of the wooden box is foam board. After packing the shelf, we will put a fragile label on the box.
2. Because this cargo is relatively tall, a 20-foot container cannot be put in it. So it can only be packed in a 40-foot tall container. When the goods are completed, we will arrange transportation. When the goods arrive at the port, someone will inform you in advance to pick up the goods. We need to pick up the goods at the port within the stipulated time. We will send you the information needed for delivery. If there are more goods, you can hire a truck. We don't help unload the goods that arrive at the door. Because we are also looking for local delivery, they do not have an unloading service. We can hire a forklift to unload the cargo.

How long will the transportation take?
