2. Plywood plus laminate

Plywood is the most commonly used material for handmade furniture. The splint has a beautiful texture and a natural color. It is made from the finest logs selected from nature. When it is processed, the natural texture and characteristics of the wood in nature are retained, so that the formed splint still maintains a beautiful and clear texture. And the strength is relatively high, with a good decorative effect. The splint has very light quality, easy to use and process, its transverse grain tensile strength is very good, and the mechanical effect is remarkable. It usually matches with laminate. The laminate can be selected from a solid color or wood grain color, which has a flame retardant effect. It can also choose a smooth surface, which looks similar to the baking paint. However, there will be a black line on the edge of the cabinet with the laminate.

3. Stainless steel plus electroplate

Stainless steel cabinets are very common. Its advantages are smooth surface, not easy to crack, and no pressure on cleaning, and very long service life. It has the advantages of safety and environmental protection. It is made of epoxy resin and has no radiation hazard, so many people will also choose stainless steel as a display cabinet. For commercial stainless steel display shelves, we generally choose electroplating for surface treatment. The electroplating process is a method of laying a layer of metal on the conductor using the principle of electrolysis. The shelves made look very high-grade and beautiful.

We will provide you complete 3D design and technical drawings when we place an order, the design fee can be refunded to you. After finalizing the design, we will give you a detailed quotation. Before start production, you need to pay a 50% deposit, and we will start production after receiving the deposit. After the production is completed, you need to pay 50% of the final payment, then we will arrange the transportation of the goods to your designated port or country.
