Today I want to introduce the very popular candy showcase. It was ordered by our customers from Serbia. They are a big company that sells sweets. We helped her design two stores and made all the candy display furniture in the design drawings. This cabinet is one of them. It is mainly to display bulk candies. We can see that there are a lot of candy acrylic balls on the left and right sides. It is open on the upper side and we can take it directly. Therefore, the candies inside must be wrapped in paper, so as to ensure hygiene and make our candies have a longer shelf life.

Process and materials

The main substrate of this cabinet is MDF, which is a common material for many display cabinets. Because the drawers of the cabinet have a certain arc shape, when we make the wooden cabinet, we need to grind the edge into an arc shape, which is more difficult. When the wooden cabinet is finished, we need to do surface treatment. The first step is polishing. We need to polish the cabinet surface smoothly and apply primer. This process takes 3-4 days. After the primer, we need to spray the finishing coat, which is colored paint. The color can be chosen by yourself. Now this cabinet color is made according to customer requirements. Before we spray paint, we will make a color sample and send it to the customer to confirm whether the color is correct. After it is correct, we can paint. After the finishing paint is sprayed, it needs to be baked at a high temperature to shape it, and then dry. This cabinet is done.

After finishing, we need to install other things, such as acrylic laminate. We all know that acrylic laminates are very expensive. The acrylic laminate of this cabinet also has a certain shape, and its edges are curved. Because this cabinet is in the candy store, there are more children. In order to avoid accidents, we need to make the edges of the acrylic board curved. There are a total of 8 8mm acrylic plates on the front and rear sides, and the acrylic plates are fixed on the cabinet with advertising nails. The hole for placing the acrylic ball needs to be made according to the actual size of the acrylic ball. The diameter of our acrylic ball is 22cm and the opening diameter is 18cm. After completing the installation of the acrylic board, the entire cabinet is basically completed, and the drawer below can be used to store our inventory or other tools.

Packaging

The acrylic ball is wrapped in transparent film. When we receive the goods, it is clean, because it is for the candy, if you want to wash it, you can. The edge of the cabinet we use foam as corner protection, and then wrap the whole cabinet with stretch film, the whole cabinet is tightly wrapped. The main packaging is a wooden box. When the cabinet is put into the wooden box, we will put some foam boards around the inside of the wooden box. So there is no need to worry about the cabinet being damaged. We have transported a lot of cabinets overseas, unless it is the influence of external forces or human injury, otherwise the cabinets will not have problems.

Transportation

After the goods are completed, we will help you arrange transportation. We can ship to your port or the address you specify. If it is shipped to the port, you need to clear customs and pick up the goods yourself. When the goods arrive at the port, someone will call you to pick up the goods. We will provide you with invoices and bills of lading, and you can use these documents to pick up the goods at the port. If it is delivered to the door, we can help you clear the customs and deliver it to the door. But our freight does not include customs duties. Imported goods are subject to customs duties. The amount of tariff depends on the total value of the goods.
