We will also send the drawings to you, so you can see all the details. This trophy case is simple, it will take about one week to finish it. First, we need to make the wood body, the wooden frame. When finish the frame, we have to order the tempered glass. We need to make the glass according to the frame size. Our basic material is plywood, this is a very common material. The surface finish is laminate, laminate has many wood grain options. If you don’t like the above wood color, we can send you more options, you can choose the one you like. After finishing the wooden body, we will install the tempered glass, AA column, and lock. The baseboard is covered with stainless steel, and the cabinet is complete.

Packaging

Since the glass laminate cannot be placed in the cabinet during transportation, we will remove the glass laminate and the laminate, and then wrap it tightly with stretch film. We will also wrap the cabinet itself with stretch film and pearl cotton arc corners. Our outer packaging is MDF wooden box, which is very strong. After we put the cabinet into the wooden box, we will stuff the foam board inside. It is very safe. After the packaging is completed, we will affix a mark and a fragile label on the wooden box. The mark can be your company's name so that our goods are easier to recognize.
