Production Process

The structure of this display cabinet is not complicated, so the process is relatively simple.

First, we can cut the wooden boards according to the size of the display cabinet, and then fix them together according to the shape of the picture. Then set aside the size of the AA column. Then put the laminate. After we finish the wooden cabinet, we polish and polish the wooden cabinet. The surface of the wooden cabinet must be polished repeatedly until the surface is smooth and flat. This will make the finished product more smooth and beautiful. Then we need to make 4 layers of white primer. The function of the white primer is to make the topcoat easier to color. The last step is to paint the surface. Before spraying the top paint, we will send a Pantone color card to the customer to choose from. Customers choose their favorite colors. Then our factory performs color mixing and sprays it on the display cabinet. Because the color of this display cabinet is white, we don't need to redeploy it. After spraying the color, it needs to be baked at a high temperature to set the shape. Then let it sit still.

Installation

We will install the AA column, the stainless steel, the accessories and the electric wire, and so on.

Package

When packing, all our accessories will be put in the box. We have two layers of packaging. The first layer is the packaging display cabinet itself. We will wrap the feet and sides of the booth with pearl cotton, and then wrap the whole cabinet with stretch film. The other layer is the outer packaging, that is, wooden box packaging. The material of the wooden box is MDF. Before sealing the box, we will put foam boards on the four sides of the wooden box, so as to prevent the cabinet from being subjected to a big impact. Finally, seal the wooden box with nails.

Transportation

We have two modes of transportation that can choose from. One is shipping by sea, another one is air shipping. In general, we will ship by sea. Because sea shipping will be cheaper. If you have more time to prepare it, shipping by sea is a good choice. If the time is urgent, you can ship by air.
