Wood body

Baking paint

After preparing the wooden cabinet, we will polish the cabinet first and apply the primer on the surface map. Baking paint is the process of coloring. We will first adjust the colors according to the colors required by the customers, and then spray them on the cabinet. After applying high-temperature baking varnish, the cabinet is almost finished.

Install

The last step is to install, such as installing baseboards, light strips, drawers, and sliding rails. Our kicks are generally 10cm. We will also install light strips on the skirting, which will look more beautiful. After the installation is complete, the cabinet is ready.

Packaging and transportation

When the desk is completed, we will pack it. Our packaging is a wooden box, which is very strong. We can ship the goods to your port or your specific address. The transportation time is about 25-35 days, and you still need to clear customs. During the transportation, we will send you the bill of lading and invoice, and you can use this information to clear customs and pick up the goods. When the goods arrive at the port, someone will inform you in advance to pick up the goods. If it is delivered to the door, you need to unload the goods yourself. Because we are looking for local delivery, their service does not include unloading. All imported goods need to pay tax, the amount of tax depends on the total value of the goods and your customs.
