Production process

Make wooden cabinets

Polish

Baking paint

When the primer is finished, we need to paint the cabinet. We first adjust the color of the cabinet and then spray it. After the entire cabinet is sprayed, it needs to be baked and shaped at a high temperature, and then left overnight to complete the cabinet.

Packaging

Our packaging is very strict. We use EPE foam for the corners of the cabinet, and then the whole cabinet is wrapped with stretch film. The outer packaging is a wooden box, and the inside of the wooden box is foam board. It can buffer a lot of damage from impact. Transportation
