Production process

A cabinet of this shape is very complicated. We all know that glass and wood have great hardness. It is more difficult to make them curved, so it will take longer. The first thing we need to do is the wooden cabinet. According to the size and shape in the construction drawings, the wooden cabinet is made. This process takes about three days. After the wooden cabinet is finished, we need to polish the cabinet repeatedly to make the surface smooth. Then apply the primer. This process also takes about 3 or 4 days. When the primer is finished, we will do the finish paint. Since our cabinet is white, the color of our paint is also white. The paint has two surface treatments, one is bright and the other is matte. This cabinet uses matte paint. When we start work, we will confirm the color and surface treatment with the customer.

After finishing the paint, the next step is to install. We need to install glass and a light strip on top of the glass. Then install the light-emitting board and acrylic letters and cabinet doors and do it. Then the whole cabinet is almost complete. This cabinet was shipped to the United States. We installed a transformer at the bottom of the cabinet, so it can be used normally in other countries.

Packaging and shipping

When all the goods have been produced, we will take pictures for you to confirm. We will arrange transportation after there is no problem. The packaging of our cabinet is wooden box packaging, and the cabinet itself will also be packaged. The inside of the wooden box is foam, which is very safe.

We will help you transport to his designated address or port. We will help you handle all the documents needed during transportation. When the goods arrive at the port, someone will notify you in advance to pick up the goods at the port. You can hire a truck and forklift to pick up the goods. Generally, tax is charged for imported products. This tax is collected by the customs. You can ask the customs for the specific amount. When you receive the goods, you only need to connect the wires at the bottom of the cabinet to the electricity.
