Production

All our products have 3d designs and drawings. When customers place orders, we will send you the drawings for confirmation. If there are no problems with the size and materials, we can start producing this display cabinet. If you want to change the color, you can tell us and we will send you the color for confirmation. You can send us the posters you need. We will put it on the display cabinet according to the poster pictures you provided. We usually install light strips on display cabinets, so that customers can have a better understanding of products. Because of the different voltages in different countries, we usually install transformers at the bottom of the box. We will adjust the voltage to the voltage suitable for your country so that you can use it directly after receiving the goods.

Process

Firstly, we need to do the wooden cabinet according to the construction drawings.

Second, after the wooden cabinet, we will polish the wooden cabinet, make the kiosk more smooth.

Third, we need to do 4 primers, then we need to do the 2 times baking paint. We need to do black baking paint firstly, then we do the white baking paint

Finally, after baking paint, we will install the light strip and the do the sticker, install the baseboard.

B: The packaging includes the outside packing and interior packing. The outside packing is made of MDF. It will be strong and unique. For the interior packing, we will use the EPE foam to pack the edge and corner of the display stand. Then use the film to fix the EPE foam. Then put the foam board into the wooden box. Then seal with nails.
