The main structure of the kiosk is rectangular, with white as the main color, creating a clean and bright feeling, which is particularly important in food sales places, and can enhance customers' trust in food hygiene. 1.Display area
The display cabinet is designed in the L-shaped corner of the kiosk, with a glass display cabinet, which can display all kinds of cookies and pastries neatly, convenient for customers to choose. The transparency of the glass material can clearly display the goods and stimulate the desire of customers to buy. The design of the display cabinet also reflects the combination of aesthetics and practicality, and the space is large enough to accommodate a variety of biscuits, and there is also a storage space below the cabinet to facilitate the replenishment of goods. The transparent glass display area and the wood grain fire-proof board finish treatment appear more exquisite and textured.
2.Operating space
Located at the back of the kiosk, it is mainly used for making simple drinks and processing biscuits. The operation area is equipped with a coffee machine (or similar beverage making equipment) and other necessary tools, and other equipment can be configured as required. The operating table looks more spacious, which ensures the operating space of the staff and improves the work efficiency. This area is cleverly separated from the display area by a partition, which not only ensures the privacy of the operating space, but also facilitates the interaction between staff and customers.
Considering that there may be more types of cookies, the space design of the exhibition area may use multi-layer shelves to maximize the display of products. In this way, the finished cookies can be placed in the display rack to dry, and the workers have more area to make more cookies.
3.Checkout counter
Located in front of the display area, convenient for customers to check out. This is where the cash register is placed so that customers can easily pay here. The counter has a moderate height to facilitate communication between customers and staff.
The "Great American Cookie" brand logo is clearly displayed on the front of the kiosk, and the font design is concise and easy to recognize. This part of the design highlights the publicity role of the brand.
