This is a dessert kiosk custom-made for the Vicked Good plant-based baking brand in a shopping mall. It is specially designed for commercial locations such as the corners and atriums of the mall. The core goal is to integrate three major functions: brand display, product retail, and light social experience within a limited space. The entire design closely adheres to the brand's tone of "natural, healthy and fresh", using soft colors, smooth lines and humanized layout to create a retail space that is not only suitable for high-traffic commercial scenarios but also conveys the brand's warmth.
Top sign display
The top sign is made of black matte metal to create an open top rack, paired with the three-dimensional illuminated "Vicked Good" brand logo. Brand nameplates are set in all four directions. No matter which passage customers come from, they can clearly identify the brand. The downlights embedded in the top rack not only enhance the recognition of the brand logo but also make the entire kiosks more visually focal in the public space of the shopping mall, preventing them from being "drowned out" by the surrounding shops.
Ordering and food pickup area
Located at the core position of the front of the kiosk, the countertop is clearly marked with the "ORDER HERE" logo. The countertop is made of anti-slip and scratch-resistant green terrazzo material, combined with the embedded ambient light strips, which is both beautiful and practical. The countertop reserves installation positions for cash registers and scanning devices, facilitating customers to place orders and make payments quickly. Even during peak hours, it ensures smooth operational efficiency.
Product display area
Two sets of transparent glass display cabinets are set up right next to the ordering counter. One set is an open room-temperature display rack, displaying bread and pastry products. Another group is a closed refrigerated display cabinet, which is used to store products such as cakes and desserts that need to be kept at low temperatures. The display cabinet features a black metal frame paired with ultra-white glass, and is equipped with warm spotlights inside, which can clearly present the details and texture of the products, allowing passers-by to be immediately attracted by the fresh and inviting desserts.
Production and back-end area
A semi-enclosed production area is set up on the inner side of the kiosk, with reserved Spaces for ovens, refrigerators and operation counters, to meet the on-site packaging and simple production needs of baked goods. From the top view, it can be seen that the back-end production area is completely separated from the customer flow at the front desk, which will not interfere with the customer's purchasing process. At the same time, a half-height partition is used to block the back-end operations, ensuring the tidiness and order within the customer's line of sight.
Light social seating area
On the side of the kiosk, a semi-open small seating area is designed, paired with a light wooden floor and white lounge chairs, which can accommodate 4 to 6 customers for a short rest. The seating area is connected to the main body of the kiosk, providing customers who purchase desserts with an immediate space to enjoy them. It also adds a relaxed and light social corner to the shopping mall, prolonging customers' stay time and indirectly increasing the repurchase rate.
