In the bustling aisles of a shopping mall, a beautiful and functional kiosk is never just a counter selling goods—it's the brand's first business card, a silent signboard that attracts customers even through the crowd, and a small space that makes customers want to stop and linger. The kiosk we designed for "Break" Bakery blends "beauty" and "functionality" into every detail, making it instantly memorable among the many generic stalls.

Love at First Sight: Bringing the Relaxed Feel of a Bakery into the Mall Many mall stalls, in their pursuit of eye-catching displays, often use bright and vibrant colors, sacrificing the warmth a bakery should possess. This kiosk design captures the core essence of "Break" from the very beginning: relaxed, comforting, and imbued with the warmth of handmade bread.
Warm-toned materials create an inviting atmosphere: The main frame uses warm, light oak, paired with soft finishes in off-white and light milky coffee. Without jarring contrasting colors, the overall tone is as soft as freshly baked bread. The rounded corners at the top soften the sharp angles, making it resemble a cozy little cabin waiting for guests to rest, inviting you closer.
Textural details reveal thoughtful touches: The countertop is made of faux travertine, with the subtle texture of natural stone. It's not cold to the touch, nor does it have the glare of polished marble. The combination of wood and stone grains achieves the rustic feel of handmade bread without appearing rough, exuding sophistication in the details.

Light and shadow design subtly enhances the ambiance: A ring of embedded warm-toned LED lights runs under the eaves, while vertical light troughs on the sides. When the lights are on, the soft light filters down, making the warm yellow of the bread even more enticing. The curved linear lights on the inner side extend along the wall, creating a seamless illumination without being obtrusive, making the entire kiosk a picturesque sight in the mall at night.
Customers can see clearly and shop with ease: The front counter features a transparent glass display case, allowing customers to see freshly made bread, cakes, and pastries directly, eliminating guesswork from a distance. The open counter design also avoids a sense of distance, making communication between customers and staff easier and reducing hesitation when placing an order.
Staff can use it smoothly and efficiently: Open shelves at the back of the kiosk neatly store bread ingredients and packaging supplies, making them easily accessible. There are even designated spaces for coffee machines, ovens, and other equipment, ensuring a seamless workflow from ingredient preparation to food serving. Even during peak hours, things remain organized and efficient.
