The production process:

Details confirmation 

Before we start the production, we will confirm all the details with you include the 3d design and construction drawing. The 3d design can for you to see the effect and the construction drawing can check all the details. The construction drawing includes the size, color, material, and other details.

Wooden body  

The woodworker will take a look at the drawings and prepare the material. They cut the wood ( plywood ) and splice the wood together.

Laminate finish 

And then we will stick the laminate on the wooden body. We will send the laminate color sample for you to choose then you can choose your favorite one.

Assemble 

We will install the lights for the eyewear display shelf or other accessories.

What is the packing?

The package is foam inside and a wooden box outside which is strong packing for a long time on sea.

The shipping of the optical display rack?

We can arrange the shipping for you. You can send us the detailed address then we can check the shipping cost to the port or door to door address. If we ship to the port, you need to pick it up at the port and do the custom clearance and pay the import tax.

If we ship to the door to door address, it will deliver to your detailed address directly. You need to pay the import tax also.
