This counter is very convenient and useful. The elbow lamp can provide us with enough lighting, allowing us to see the parts inside the phone more clearly. The height from the ground to the table is 850mm, which is suitable for our work, and the height from the ground to the front baffle is 1400mm. There are cabinets on the left and right sides of the inside of the counter, we can store our tools. The outside of the counter is our logo and slogan. The material of the logo is an acrylic luminous logo. It can be used as the decoration of the cabinet, and it can also display our brand.

Craft

The production steps of our cabinet are divided into four parts. They are making wooden cabinets, polishing, painting, and installing. Before production, we will have a detailed construction drawing. We will make it according to the size and material of the photo drawing. We will also send you the drawings for confirmation.

Wooden body

This counter is semi-arc-shaped, and the wooden boards need to be bent during production. This process is more complicated. Because the wooden boards are relatively hard, it takes a little more time and effort to make an arc-shaped cabinet.

Polish

Polishing is for later operations. We know that the surface of the wooden cabinet is uneven. We need to polish it repeatedly to make it's surface smooth and even, with a certain adsorption force. After polishing, we need to apply a white primer on the surface.

Baking paint

Baking paint is a process of coloring the counter. It has two surface effects, bright and matte. Generally, mobile phone display counters use a bright light. Spray the color evenly on the counter and bake the shape at a high temperature, and then let it stand for a while.

Install

The last is not installation. We need to hold down the spotlights, sockets, and luminous logos. When making the wooden cabinet, we also leave wires in the counter in advance. Due to the different voltages in different countries, we will also install transformers at the bottom. In addition to electricity, we also need to install cabinet doors and locks. After completing these, the entire counter is complete.
