High quality quartz stone bar counter customize bar sets

Because the whole bar counter is too long, so we divided it into 2 parts.

One part is 3600x600x1060, another part is 1960x600x1060mm.

The material of the bar counter

For this bar counter, we use MDF as the basic material. And the surface finish is grey color baking paint. The corner and the countertop is quartz stone. We have a sample of the quartz stone for you to choose.

On the front side, it is the decoration mosaic tiles and with the spotlights looks really beautiful.

On the countertop, the customer required us to leave the space for the drains. All the bar counter we will install the stainless steel toe kick to protect the bottom of the bar counter.

Because our customer wants the bar counter can for their clients to sit on the front. So we customize the bar counter of the front with enough space for people to sit here.

The bar counter has a main switch to control the lights and sockets. On the inside view of the bar counter, we install total 3 sockets for it as the customer required.

How to customize a bar counter?

How the production of the bar counter work?

Before we start the production, we will send the technical drawing for you to check all the details.

The wood worker start to make the wood body of the bar counter and put them together to see the effect before we start the painting job.

Because the wood body is combined with a few boards, there are some nail marks on it. We will fill the nail marks and make the base coat. For the painting job, we will finish with 5 times base coat and 2 times finish coat. And then we will install the wires, sockets, spotlights and tiles.

The package of the bar counter

We will pack the bar counter foam inside and the wooden box outside. The package is very strong so you do not need to worried about the damage during the shipping.
