This Dior brand cosmetics kiosk takes "minimalist high-end" as its design core. Relying on the stable texture of medium-density fiberboard and the fine texture of the baking varnish process, it integrates the stepped counter, circular island and arc-shaped top light box into an organic whole. The hidden light strips and high-definition light boxes create a light and shadow interaction, presenting a visual effect of "black and white color contrast, distinct layers and exquisite details".
Ivory white makeup display cabinet
The display cabinet is made of 18mm thick medium-density fiberboard as the base material, and is finishedwith an ivory white matte baking varnish through a three-spray and three-bake process. The surface has a fine matte texture.The cabinet body is in a right-angle splicing shape, and all corners are chamfered with 5mm arcs to avoid sharpness.
Three-layer stepped design:
The countertop adopts a three-layer stepped design, with a height difference of 3cm between each layer. The upper layer is embedded with silicone slots for vertical placement of lipstick and lip gloss. The middle layer is used for flat placement of eyeshadow palettes, blushes and other powder-based makeup. The lower layer is an open shelf for displaying foundation and primer. A 4000K warm white LED light strip is hidden along the lower edge of the countertop.
Design detail:
The cabinet body is composed of a medium-density fiberboard load-bearing frame, matte baked paint finish, acrylic anti-slip pads, concealed light strips and silicone display card slots. The edges are finished with 1cm wide black metal strips to enhance the contour sense.
Circular Perfume Island
The island platform takes medium-density fiberboard as the core frame, with a light gray matte baking varnish on the surface. The edges are inlaid with 0.8cm thick black metal edge strips. The overall shape is a circular island with a diameter of 1.8 meters, and the height of the countertop from the ground is 90cm.
Two display areas:
The surface of the island counter is divided into two display areas, inner and outer. The inner circle is embedded with a transparent acrylic partition (15cm high) for displaying perfume gift box sets. The outer circle is equipped with a 3mm deep anti-slip groove for placing single perfume bottles flat. A 20cm×20cm scent tasting area is reserved in the center of the island counter, equipped with an embedded storage box (including disposable scent sticks and makeup remover cotton).
Material use:
It is composed of a medium-density fiberboard circular frame, a light gray matte baked paint finish, a 5mm thick acrylic partition, anti-slip grooves and a central storage box. The hidden light strip at the bottom illuminates upwards, creating a transparent light and shadow effect through the acrylic partition.
