Before we start production, we will have detailed drawings. We will prepare the required wood according to the dimensions on the drawings.

When all the wood is ready, we tie it together and make it into the shape of the design.

Since the light belt will be installed in this display cabinet, we must reserve wires on the wooden display cabinet to connect the light belt.

Polish

We all know that the surface of the wood is not smooth. We need to polish it with a certain roughness to make the surface smooth.

• Before we can spray paint, the polishing process is longer.
• Because we need to polish repeatedly, about 2 - 3 working days.

Baking finish

After polishing, we need to apply a white primer. Then there's the paint. We can adjust the color customers like first, and then spray it on the window. Once the color is even, we need to bake at a high temperature to set it up. Then let it sit in a white, and the display is almost complete.

Install

This is the last step. We need to install glass and light bands. We fixed the glass to the surface of the display case. Stickers don't need glue. We just need to wet the back of the sticker and stick it on the window. Then install the drawer and lock it. This window is finished. Because it's separate, when you receive the goods, you just need to put the two separate cabinets together and then connect the socket at the bottom of the cabinet with the power supply in the store, and its lights can be turned on.
