Functional hair styling station wooden mirror station with led light used for reatil barber shop

As we know, barber stations are the main furniture in a retail hair shop. The barber station style and design are very important, it not only need to be very modern and nice but also need to be very functional.

Here today I want to share with you a hair styling station we just designed. We did 10 sets for a client, he will use them in his barbershop.

Let’s see this mirror station together:

It is single-sided, the top is a big mirror with lights around it, the middle is a tabletop to work, bottom area legs, on the right side is a small cabinet with many drawers for storage. There have 2 holders with 4 holes in hair straighteners and hair dryers. The dark brown wooden color matches the cement grey color looks very high-end and modern.

Our production progress: total 15-18 workdays

Firstly, we will cut and prepare all materials, this progress need about 2 days

Second, we will do the wood body, this progress need about 5-7 work days

Third, we will finish surface use laminate, this progress need 3-5 days

Fourth, we will assemble the stations, assemble lights, mirrors, electricity, hardware etc, need about 2-3 work days

Finally we will pack the hair station use hard wood boxes, need about 1 work day
