About the Production

Our production steps are divided into three. First step is making the wood cabinet, second is making laminate, the third is installation.

Wood Cabinet

The wooden cabinet is the first step for the whole project and take part in more important step. Because if the the wooden cabinet is finished, it cannot be changed. If there are some sockets in the cabinet, we will also leave a good location for the wires inside. Before install it, we will install the sockets.

Covering the Laminate

The first step is cutting:

Cut the laminate into the required size according to the size of the base material. It is better to use carbon steel products for cutting blades or saw blades. We'd better enter the knife from the front, which can effectively reduce the burrs and make the cutting surface smoother. There is a point to pay attention to in the cutting size, that is, each side needs to reserve about 6mm more for trimming. 

 The second step is to paste:

 To paste this part, use universal glue or white latex as the adhesive. Apply glue evenly on the surface of the ground substrate and the back of the board. Then let the base plate and laminate be pasted.

Some Accessories:

After finished the laminate, we will install the mirror and light strip, sockets. If you have own logo, we also install the logo for you. Due to the different voltages in different countries, we will also install transformers and the local sockets on the cabinets. When the goods are shipped to your country, it can be used normally.

Some Question From Customer

How long will the transportation take?

The shipping time based on you country and which port is near to you. In general, our shipping time is usually about a month, and it will take several days to clear the customs. It is usually takes 30-40 days. If it is transported to the door, it will take another 7 days.

How about the customs duties ?

All imported goods are subject to duty. The amount depends on your customs and the total value of the goods. If you located on the Australia, you just need the certificate of origin and need not to pay the customs duties.

Do we need to install it?

We will leave a wire at the bottom of barber station. When you receive the barber station, you just connect the wire with your mall power, then it can work.
