Women have become the main force in the cosmetics market. Due to the progress of the times, people have gradually begun to pursue beauty, so the field of cosmetics has gradually expanded. There are many types of cosmetics, and different types of cosmetics have different effects.

Description of the Cosmetic Gondola Shelving

The cosmetic gondola shelving is made of MDF and stainless steel. The body of the display stand is MDF, and the structure like the edge and corner of the display stand is stainless steel bar strip. You can see that there are two layers that can display the products from four sides. The bottom of the display stand has a stainless steel structure.  The bottom of each layer has a light strip that can display the goods. The countertop has a hole which can put the waste paper.

Material:

The basic material we use is MDF. MDF is easy to shape. On the surface, we use baking paint. For the effect, you can choose a matte and glossy effect. Different effects will have different finished effects.

Production Process

We will do the wooden cabinet according to the drawings that we confirmed before. Then polish the surface, and do the primers. After that, we need to make the surface treating which is the baking paint step. The final step is to install the light strip and the stainless steel strip.

Package

Using the EPE foam to pack the edge and corner of the display stand, and fixed with film. The final step is to put the interior package into the outer package which is built into MDF.
