Production

Our production steps are divided into three. One is to make a wooden cabinet, then polish and baking paint, and finally, install.

1. The wooden cabinet is the first step and the most important part. Once the wooden cabinet is completed, it cannot be changed. If there are wires in the cabinet, we will also leave a good location for the wires inside.
2. Polish and baking paint. Polishing is an important part. Grinding is to make the surface of the wooden cabinet smooth and have a certain adsorption force. We need to polish until the surface of the wooden cabinet is flat. Then apply a primer. The baking paint is a surface treatment, its color rendering is very good, and it looks very smooth and shiny. Many mobile phone shop furniture uses this kind of surface treatment. We need to adjust the paint according to the color the customer likes, and then spray it evenly on the cabinet. Bake it at a high temperature to set it in shape, and let it sit for a while to complete it.
3. After the paint is finished, we need to install the light strips and glass on the cabinet. Due to the different voltages in different countries, we will also install transformers on the cabinets. When the goods are shipped to your country, it can be used normally.

Transportation

When the cabinet is completed, we will arrange packaging and transportation. Our outer packaging is a wooden box. Inside the wooden box is foam board, our cabinet is very safe to put inside. We will arrange the materials and documents needed for transportation. We generally ship to the port, if you need to deliver to the door, you can tell us. When the goods arrive at the port, someone will notify you in advance to pick up the goods, and we will send you the bill of lading and invoice. You can use this information to pick up the goods. If it is delivered to the door, we will deliver it to your designated address. You need to unload the goods yourself. Our freight does not include any port of destination costs.
