This socks kiosk consists of two parts. One is the ceiling part, and the other is the display part at the bottom.
Ceiling
We will use fiberglass for the ceiling part, and then there will be a corresponding logo sticker on it. If you have your own logo, you can also send it to us and we will make it according to your needs.
Display Area
The lower part is an arc display. Outside is the display area. There are stickers in the display area. You can post some of your own hot-selling products so that customers can make better choices.
For the structure inside, there are drawers and storage places. It is convenient to take the product to the customer.
Production Process
We need to do the model for the fiberglass top. After that, we will do the kiosk. We will do the wooden cabinet firstly. During the step, we need to cut the wooden board firstly. Then assemble these into the wooden cabinet.
The next step is to polish the wooden surface and make the surface more smooth. Then do the 4 white primers. The next step is to make the baking paint, We will be sent you the Panton card to you to choose the color, then our worker will match the suitable color for you. The final step is to do the sticker and install some accessories.
Material
We use the MDF as a main material for the cabinet, the surface we use the baking paint.
