What is acrylic sign?
Made from a cast polymer, acrylic signs are colorless, transparent and durable, making them the perfect alternative to traditional glass. Because of their depth, clarity and beauty, they are often used as halls, directions and architectural signs.
Acrylic signs are made using UV ink printed directly onto the material. However, they can also be used as a rigid substrate to hold vinyl letters, or to print films such as opaque and transparent window decals.
Acrylic signs are an easy and beautiful choice for any office, business or professional environment. They are 100% customizable and are one of the best ways to showcase your logo or brand.

Print surface
Acrylic logos can be printed on the front or back of a surface, both with different advantages. Printing on the front of the sign is called "standard", while printing on the back of acrylic is called "second surface".
Although standard printing is cheaper, we recommend second surface printing for most custom acrylic signs. This type of printing creates depth and luster that standard printing does not, and is less likely to be scratched or damaged once installed.
Bright lights sometimes create glare on signs printed with second surface options. Soft and indirect lighting eliminates the potential drawbacks of second surface printing, which is still more common on sequential printing surfaces.

Thickness
Our acrylic signs have a default thickness of 1⁄8 ". This thickness is sufficient for almost all purposes.
However, for thicker acrylics, which increase durability and rigidity, we offer a 1⁄4 "thick option that is slightly more expensive. Thicker acrylic also provides greater light refraction, greater gloss and depth.
Both thickness options have some bendability. When ordering any thickness, we recommend that you choose to center the top and bottom boreholes, as well as the four corners, to increase support for all signs greater than 60 ".
