Description of the Display Stand
The display stand has two sides. One side is the lightbox, and the other side is the display area. For the lightbox, you can provide us the poster then we can add it.
The bottom of the display stand has drawers that can store the goods.
The display area includes the hooks and the aluminum plastic panel. It usually used in the phone display stand and can display the phone accessories.
In order to keep the security, the outside has a roller shutter door. When closed the business at night, you can close the roller shutter door.
Material: the main material of the display stand is MDF, and the surface of the display stand is baking paint. For the color, you also can choose one that you interested in.
Production Process
The production process includes 4 steps which include the wooden cabinet, polish, primer and baking paint, and the installation.
- Wooden cabinet, we need to cut the wooden board firstly according to the drawings. Then assemble these together.
- Polish, after wooden cabinet, we need to make the surface more smooth and easy to do the color.
- Primers and baking paint, there are 4 white primers firstly, When the primer is dry, we can do the baking paint.
- Installation, after we do the baking paint, we need to install the aluminum-plastic panel, door, lightbox, baseboard, and so on.
Package and Shipping
EPE foam is used to pack the edge and corner of the display stand, and use the film to wrap the interior package. For the outside, we use the MDF to do the outer box.
