In commercial space design, the core proposition of a dessert café is “how to extend sweetness from taste to visual, tactile, and emotional experiences.” Leveraging the open environment of a shopping mall, Ever After Dessert Café leverages brand identity, material aesthetics, functional logic, and meticulous attention to detail to create a consumer experience that is both stylish and welcoming.

External design

The main exterior sign, "Ever After Dessert Café," features warm brown metallic lettering and a circular brand logo (reminiscent of a dessert silhouette), suspended above the bar, standing out clearly despite the mall's bright surroundings. The left and right columns, nestled against a white brick base, are inset with black neon lights. The left side features the words "WELCOME," "KAKIGORI" (Japanese shaved ice, hinting at the product), and a dessert image, while the right side echoes the neon slogan "DESSERT TIME" and an ice cream symbol. This neon combination of text and graphics not only reinforces the brand identity, but also intuitively conveys product information, creating a visual focal point.

Bar counter 

The main bar (ordering/collection area) features a light wood color with white "cream ripple" decoration: the light wood color is warm and friendly, matching the "warmth" of desserts; the white ripples flow naturally from the front of the bar, softening the hard straight lines and intuitively echoing the forms of desserts such as "cream and ice cream", allowing "sweetness" to permeate from the visual perspective.
