Unique Design
This unit bubble tea kiosk is 10x10 feet, we decide on the kiosk's color basic on the clients's brand logo. The main body uses pink vertical fluted panels, which create a soft, textured visual effect while hiding structural seams and enhancing scratch resistance. Countertop is constructed from white engineered stone, a food-safe, stain-resistant surface that provides a smooth, easy to clean. Gold-colored stainless steel skirting runs along the entire perimeter of the kiosk, elevating the overall luxury feel and protecting the base from moisture, impact, and daily wear.
Decoration
In this design, we integrated a backlit acrylic lightbox with the client’s “Tokyo Tea” brand logo and mascot, which emits uniform, eye-catching light to reinforce brand recognition. The top of the boba kiosk is equipped with a sky-blue metal sign frame, supporting three replaceable lightboxes. Standout decorative element is the large, cylindrical “drink cup”, positioned at the front corner of the kiosk. This bubble tea cup features a gradient blue-to-pink finish, a gold top ring, and a simulated straw, creating a highly recognizable, Instagrammable focal point.
Manufacturing & Installation Process
1. Design & Customization: Our in-house design team works closely with clients to finalize the mall kiosk layout, size, color, and equipment integration, providing 3D renderings for full visual confirmation before production.
2. Surface Treatment & Assembly: Panels are laminated, sanded, and painted in a dust-free workshop, followed by pre-assembly in our factory. This pre-assembly step allows us to test the fit, functionality, and appearance of the mall kiosk before shipping, eliminating on-site installation issues.
3. Electrical & Plumbing Pre-Installation: All wiring, plumbing, and lightbox systems are pre-installed and tested in the factory, ensuring compliance with local electrical and safety standards.
4. Packaging & Shipping: The kiosk is disassembled into modular components, wrapped in foam and MDF/Plywood box for safe international shipping, with detailed installation instructions and on-site support.
