Design process:
We can make a new eyewear display showcase design for you and it charges a 300$ design deposit. Our design team will make the display showcase design with the size, the color and the style exactly fix what you want. Meanwhile, we can make a whole shop design for you. The shop design charges 500-1000$ but the exact design fee is based on the size of your shop. We need to finalize all the details before we start the production.
Start production:
We will send the 3d design and construction drawing to the factory after confirming all the details and starting production.
Wooden body
The woodworker will take a look at the drawings and prepare the material. They cut the wood ( MDF ) and splice the wood together.
Paint finish
We will cover the nail holes first and make 5 times base coat and 2 times finish coat.
Assemble
We will install the lights, the glass, and all the accessories for the optical display showcase.
What is the packing?
The package is foam inside and a wooden box outside which is strong packing for a long time on sea.
The shipping of the optical display cabinet?
After we finish the production of the optical display furniture, we will send the finished photos to you, if all good, please pay the rest of the balance. And then we will arrange the shipping for you. Please send us your address then we can check the nearest seaport from you, we usually ship by sea. It can ship to the port or door to door address. We suggest shipping to the port, one reason is ship to door to door address is expensive. You can pick it up at the port when the showcase arrives.
