Attractive Sweet-Style Appearance — Natural Foot Traffic Magnet

We adopted a gentle cherry pink and creamy white color matching for the whole kiosk. Unlike those overly bright, tacky commercial booths, this soft tone fits perfectly with modern mall decoration styles. It creates a warm, sweet dessert atmosphere and forms an obvious visual difference from the mall’s cold, neutral public area tones, easily grabbing pedestrians’ attention from a long distance.

The most standout design is the large curved arch entrance on the front. We adopted double-layer integrated board forming technology and polished every edge into a full round corner with no sharp corners at all. This not only makes the overall look softer and more elegant, but also meets mall safety standards, especially friendly for families and kids. The arch size is carefully adjusted — wide enough for smooth customer flow, and naturally forms a perfect shooting frame. Many shoppers will take photos spontaneously while queuing or shopping, bringing free social media exposure for the store.

To further highlight the ice cream retail positioning, we added layered themed decorations all over the kiosk. Classic ice cream cone and cream melting texture patterns are decorated on the cabinet sides and the bottom of the counter. Some are directly UV printed on the board surface, and some are three-dimensional acrylic carvings. The combination of flat and 3D details makes the dessert theme intuitive and vivid. On the left side, there is a cloud-shaped acrylic light box printed with “ice cream store”; the top right is fitted with a realistic three-dimensional ice cream ornament. All decorative accessories use waterproof, anti-yellow and anti-deformation eco-friendly materials, so they can keep a brand-new look even after long-term operation in the mall.

Layered Color Blocking & All-Round LED Lighting System

The whole booth is designed with layered color blocking: the lower cabinet is classic cherry pink, and the upper part adopts white imitation marble board, matched with pink vertical stripe decoration and white cream-style wrapping edges. The whole look is rich in layers, not monotonous at all, and highly in line with young consumers’ aesthetic preferences.

In terms of lighting design, we created all-round continuous lighting effects for day and night use. The top is reserved with a long brand luminous logo area, using high-penetration acrylic and backlit LED lights. The logo is clear and noticeable in daytime, and glows evenly at night to enhance brand recognition. Below the logo is a magnetic suction menu light box, which is super convenient for replacing poster content and updating new products and prices.

The built-in high-color-rendering LED lights can truly restore the bright color of ice cream, greatly stimulating customers’ desire to buy. Meanwhile, we embedded linear LED soft lights at the bottom of the kiosk. The upward soft light eliminates dark dead corners at the bottom of the booth, creates a floating high-end visual effect, and also effectively prevents pedestrians from bumping into the booth at night, improving overall safety.

Humanized Functional Layout — Efficient for Single-Person Operation

We adopt a mature symmetrical layout of double display freezers + central operating counter, covering all links of ice cream sales including product display, customer ordering, dessert production, packaging and checkout. The functional zoning is clear and reasonable, which can fully meet daily retail needs and realize efficient operation with only one staff on duty, greatly saving labor costs.

The left and right sides of the kiosk are equipped with independent commercial ice cream display freezers. The inner container is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is rust-proof, easy to clean and fully compliant with catering hygiene standards. The outer layer is a curved explosion-proof tempered glass cover with no visual blind spots.

Customers can clearly view all ice cream flavors without bending over. Each freezer can hold 10 to 12 different ice cream flavors, with detachable classified trays inside, convenient for sorting goods and daily cleaning. The freezer is equipped with a mute compressor, with the temperature stably controlled between -18℃ and -22℃, which can well lock the taste and quality of ice cream. 

Moreover, the operating noise is extremely low and will not cause noise interference to the mall public environment. We also reserved special label positions on the outer side of the freezer, which is convenient for posting price tags and product features to help customers quickly make purchase decisions and improve order efficiency.

Overall Layout

The middle open counter is the core working area of the whole kiosk. The countertop is made of 18mm thick food-grade artificial stone, with professional anti-fouling and anti-scratch treatment. Even if cream, syrup and other stains splash during the production process, they can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in seconds. The material is durable, not easy to discolor or crack, and suitable for long-term high-frequency use. A large-capacity hidden storage space is designed under the counter, which can store disposable cups, spoons, packaging bags, cleaning tools and other daily consumables. We also support customized drawer storage according to demand, which is convenient for classified storage and keeps the operating counter tidy at all times.

The whole operating area is pre-positioned with power supply and water supply ports, which can be directly connected to ice makers, milk dispensers, cash registers, code scanners and other retail equipment. All circuits and water pipes are hidden internally with perfect waterproof and leakage-proof protection measures, fully meeting mall safety specifications. The counter height is designed according to human engineering, suitable for most staff’s operating habits, and can effectively reduce physical fatigue from long-time standing work. The reserved distance between the counter and customer area ensures smooth communication with customers without affecting the normal production operation.

Functions for the Layout

In terms of auxiliary functions, we set up an independent equipment placement area on the left side of the booth, which can place soda machines, beverage machines and other auxiliary catering equipment. The transparent acrylic baffle can protect the equipment, ensure normal heat dissipation, and can also print brand logos and promotional information to assist brand publicity. The rear space is reserved with open storage areas, which can store a large number of backup raw materials and consumables. Lockable storage cabinets can be configured according to mall management requirements to store tools and valuables, improving operational safety.

The internal support frame is welded with high-quality square steel, with professional anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment on the surface. The frame has strong bearing capacity and stable structure, not easy to deform, with a service life of more than 5 years. The outer layer is covered with 18mm thick multi-layer plywood, which is specially treated with moisture-proof and anti-moth, and will not be affected by the humidity and temperature changes in the mall to cause deformation and mildew.

Security and Eco-friendly

The display glass is 8mm thick explosion-proof tempered safety glass. Even if it is accidentally damaged by external force, it will not produce sharp broken fragments, which effectively avoids accidental injury to customers and staff and meets strict mall safety standards. Light boxes and decorative accessories are made of high-quality acrylic materials, with good light transmittance, strong toughness, and not easy to yellow and deform after long-term use. The UV printing patterns on the surface are clear and wear-resistant, always maintaining a delicate appearance.

In terms of environmental protection and safety, all board materials meet E0-level environmental protection standards, with ultra-low formaldehyde emission, no peculiar smell, and can be put into use immediately after installation without peculiar smell pollution. All internal electrical wires adopt flame-retardant materials, equipped with leakage protection switches, which fully comply with mall fire protection and electrical safety regulations. All circuits are hidden and sorted neatly, eliminating potential safety hazards. All exposed corners of the booth are manually polished and rounded to completely avoid scratching and bumping injuries, which is very suitable for family mall scenarios.
