Custom Outdoor Kiosk Design
The outdoor phone kiosk adopts a rectangular monoblock retail cabin layout with multi-sided customer service windows, designed based on real-world outdoor retail operation workflows. The overall dimension can be fully customized according to site requirements; the standard version features multi-angle service facades to maximise customer engagement from multiple pedestrian directions. A built-in retractable PVC awning is installed on each service opening, providing shade and light rain protection for the service counter area.
For branding integration, multiple dedicated signage zones are reserved: top front and corner illuminated logo channels for the brand name “Vibe Tech”, and embedded poster mounting frames on facade panels for service advertising. Internal space planning separates two core functional zones: illuminated display shelving for phone accessories, and a dedicated service counter for repair work. Recessed LED strip lighting is pre-installed inside all glass display cabinets to highlight merchandise. Vertical slat storage cabinets are arranged along the inner wall for spare parts and tool storage.
Material Selection
Material selection prioritises outdoor anti-corrosion, waterproof, UV resistance and structural stability, different from indoor mall kiosks. Main load-bearing frame uses thick-walled galvanized steel square tubes, welded and treated with anti-rust primer, to prevent rust after long-term outdoor exposure. The whole frame forms a rigid self-supporting unit, eliminating the need for on-site building construction. All transparent sections adopt 8mm tempered safety glass, compliant with international public space safety standards. Internal display shelves use moisture-resistant MDF with white high-gloss laminate, fitted with built-in low-voltage LED spotlights. Closed storage cabinets are equipped with concealed handles for a neat appearance.
Whole Outdoor Kiosk Shipping
Our factory completes full in-house production, including steel frame welding, panel cutting, painting, display cabinet assembly, electrical wiring and lighting testing. The phone outdoor kiosk can be produced in fully pre-assembled unit. After complete assembly and quality inspection in our workshop, the phone booth undergoes full protection packaging: foam padding covers all glass surfaces and protruding decorations, wooden crates are applied on vulnerable corners, and waterproof stretch film wraps the entire unit to resist moisture during sea transportation. The finished outdoor kiosk is loaded into standard sea containers. When receive it, don't need any install.
