The bar counter adopts a long and continuous layout, precisely positioned at the core of the store's service area One end connects the ordering and checkout areas, and the other end extends to the preparation, ingredient mixing and cleaning areas, forming a smooth flow line of "customer ordering → product selection → employee preparation → meal collection" - which not only makes the operation process of employees more efficient (without frequent cross-area movement), but also makes the consumption path of customers smoother.
Countertop: Made of glossy white stone material (artificial stone or quartz stone is optional), the surface is smooth and easy to clean (suitable for the frequent production and cleaning needs of ice cream shops), and the glossy texture can reflect the top light and environmental colors, making the space brighter and more lively.
Cabinet body: The lower part of this bar counter is decorated with black and white geometric texture panels. The simple line patterns add a modern design sense and avoid the monotony of large areas of solid colors. The middle area is paired with dark vertical striped boards. The vertical pattern design visually stretches the height of the space while creating a delicate texture. Some areas are embedded with transparent glass cold storage cabinets, which not only display ice cream products but also make the bar counter more transparent.
Dining area
Looking from the dining area towards the bar counter, the first thing that catches the eye is the metal mesh spherical pendant lamp above the bar counter - multiple groups of spherical lamps are arranged in an orderly manner, and the light passes through the mesh structure to emit soft light. It is not only a lighting tool but also, like an art installation, enhances the fashion sense of the bar counter. The color electronic menu screen on the upper wall (with pink and blue as the main colors) clearly displays product information and blends in with the space style at the same time. The brand logo and slogan on the front of the bar counter become the visual focus, strengthening the brand's memory point.
Ordering area
Standing in front of the ordering area, the transparent glass freezer directly displays various flavors of ice cream. The small signboards above the freezer indicate the flavors and prices, allowing customers to select products intuitively. The cash register equipment is placed at one end of the bar counter, with sufficient operating space reserved beside it. Employees can not only register quickly but also assist in production in a timely manner. The rounded corner design at the edge of the bar counter avoids the safety hazards of sharp corners, and the details reflect humanization.
Operation area
From the perspective of employees, the equipment layout in the production area is perfectly in line with the operation process - the ice cream machine, blender, and ingredient box are arranged in the order of "taking ingredients - making - decorating", and the sink and cleaning area are close to the operation area, allowing employees to avoid frequent movement. The countertop height is ergonomically designed, reducing fatigue from prolonged operation.
