The Production Process

The wood body

We will use MDF as the main material. It's a complicated process and we will make the wood cabinet based on the construction drawings.

Polish

Polishing is used for later operation. We know that the surface of the wooden cabinet is uneven.

We need to polish the wood cabinet and make the surface more smooth and have a certain adsorption force. After polishing, we need to apply a white primer to the surface.

Baking

Baking paint is the process of coloring the display cabinet. It has two surface effects, bright and matte. You can choose the one your interest in. This blue one is bright baking paint. Spray the color evenly on the display stand, then bake the shape at a high temperature, then let it sit for a while.

The installation

The last one is not installed. We will install the spotlights, sockets, and glowing logos on the display stand. When making wooden cabinets, we also leave the wires on the counter ahead of time. We will install transformers at the bottom due to the different voltages in different countries/regions. In addition to electricity, we need to install drawers, glass doors, and locks. After you receive the counter, you just connect the electric with power.

If you order 1-3 sets, the production time will take about 18-22working days. If you order the above 5 sets, it will cost about 22-25 working days. If you order the above 10 sets, it will take about 25-28working days.

The shipping fee based on which port is near to you. For instance, if you want to ship it to New York Port, the shipping time will take about 32 days.

How to Pack?

We have two packages which are interior package and outside package. For the interior, we use foam to pack the edge and corner of the display stand. Then use the film to fix it. On the outside, we will use a wooden box. It is strong and can protect the display stand from damage.
