Production

Our production is generally divided into four steps, making wooden cabinets, polishing, baking, and installing. Baking paint is a surface process, which is very common in display cabinets. Because of the good color rendering of the paint, the surface looks smooth and shiny.

1. Wooden cabinet. The black part is the cabinet, which is made of medium-density fiberboard. We will first make a wooden cabinet according to the shape and size of the drawing and leave the wires inside.
2. After making the wooden cabinet, we need to polish the cabinet. We need to smooth the surface to make it look smooth and flat. Then apply a primer.
3. Baking paint. Baking paint is the process of coloring the cabinet. We can render the color we like and spray it on the cabinet. After high-temperature baking, the cabinet is complete.
4. The last step is installation. We need to fix the prepared glass on the cabinet with glue and install accessories such as light strips and drawers. This cabinet is completely completed.

The entire production process takes about 10 days. If you are buying in bulk, the weekly time is about 15-20 days. (About 10 sets), so the batch will be more cost-effective and faster.

Packaging

Our packaging is divided into two layers. The first layer is the packaging for the cabinet, and the other is the outer packaging. We will wrap pearl film and stretch film on the corners of the cabinet and the entire cabinet body, they can protect our cabinet a lot. The outer packaging is a wooden box, our packaging box is very strong, and the inner side is a foam board, which can cushion the bumps received by the cabinet. We will put a fragile label on the outer packing box.

Transportation

When the goods are completed, we will help you arrange transportation. We will help you transport to your port. We will send you the documents needed for customs clearance and delivery in advance. When the goods arrive at the port, someone will notify you in advance to pick up the goods. We can also provide door-to-door service, but we are not responsible for unloading. When the goods arrive at your designated address, you need to hire someone to unload the goods. All imported goods need to pay the duty, our freight does not include duty.
