At present, stainless steel paint letters are very popular with large companies. Whether it is indoors or outdoors, we can see stainless steel paint letters everywhere. It has many colors to choose from, and there are many surface effects. The matte frosted effect looks very textured.
The stainless steel paint word is spray-painted and then baked on the basis of the stainless steel letters.
Stainless steel word process procedure:
- Laser engraving of stainless steel plate. After the stainless steel is engraved by the laser, a panel is produced. We use these panels to make stainless steel edge strips with an edge strip-making machine.
- After the stainless steel side strips are made, then we use the laser machine to perform laser edge processing on the side strips and the panel. The following picture is taken during our work in making stainless steel letters. Of course, if the customer’s requirements are high, we also have the craftsmanship of boarding by hand.
- Preliminarily made stainless steel letters are easier to paint, and the surface of the letters will be polished and wire-drawn.
- After the stainless steel lettering is completed, we will adjust the paint ratio according to the customer’s requirements. Because the color of the painted word is complicated. Our paint is adjusted manually. If the customer has a Pantone color, we will color it according to the Pantone color card.
- Test spray paint: After the paint is adjusted, we will spray color test on the words to avoid excessive color difference.
- Make sure to paint. If there is no problem with the painting, we will carry out the second painting to ensure that the color of the stainless steel paint is even and fine.
Put it in the oven for paint treatment, we will put the paint in the high-temperature oven for 12 hours before taking it out to ensure that the paint of the paint is evenly absorbed on the stainless steel surface.
